Your Account

You need an account to use AskAI. Provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and let us know at support@askaiapp.chat if you think your account has been accessed without permission. You're responsible for activity on your account.

Plans and Limits

AskAI offers a Free plan and an AskAI Pro subscription. Each plan includes daily allowances for AI requests, PDF analyses, and questions per PDF, shown in the app. Food search is limited per hour to prevent abuse. We may adjust plans and limits over time.

Subscriptions and Billing

AskAI Pro is a monthly auto-renewing subscription purchased through the App Store and billed by Apple. The price is shown in the app before you buy. Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it in your Apple account settings before the renewal date. You can open those settings from Profile > Manage Subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

Deleting your AskAI account does not cancel an App Store subscription. Cancel it in your Apple account settings.

AI-Generated Content

AskAI's responses are generated by AI and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date. Review important information before relying on it. AI responses are not professional advice — including legal, medical, financial, or other expert advice.

Your Content

You keep ownership of the content you submit, such as messages, text, PDFs, and diary entries, and of the results AskAI produces for you. You give AskAI permission to process your content only as needed to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

You're responsible for the content you submit and must have the right to use it, including any PDFs you import.

Acceptable Use

Don't use AskAI to break the law, infringe others' rights, harass or harm people, create or spread malware, or attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service or its systems. Don't try to get around plan limits or other protections.

Calories and Nutrition

The Calories diary is for personal tracking and information only. It is not medical, nutritional, or dietary advice. Nutrition data from USDA FoodData Central may be incomplete or inaccurate — check values that matter to you, and consult a qualified professional for health decisions.

Service Availability

We work to keep AskAI available and reliable, but features may change, and the service or parts of it may occasionally be unavailable. Some features depend on third-party services that we don't control.

AskAI's Rights

AskAI, including its app, design, and branding, belongs to its developer. These terms don't give you rights to AskAI's name, branding, or software beyond using the app as intended.

Ending Your Use

You can stop using AskAI at any time and delete your account in Profile. We may suspend or end access for accounts that seriously or repeatedly violate these terms.

Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, AskAI is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as AskAI changes. The date at the top shows when they were last updated. Continuing to use AskAI after an update means you accept the updated terms.
